DLC Enterprises Mission Statement

DLC Enterprises, a company built on client referrals for the last thirteen years has successfully and professionally represented property owners in effectively reducing the property tax liability of commercial and residential properties along with business personal property tax savings throughout south-east Texas.   Our clients not only receive the benefit of our professional advice and the knowledge gained from years of experience from the property tax perspective,  but they additionally receive the benefit of our years of knowledge gained from the structuring of commercial and residential real estate sales and financing.
